Thank you all so much for your support!
In addition to the generous donations here, destined for JM's work in Delhi, I've also raised £837 offline for an Indian school which provides quality residential education, regardless of family finances, to talented children from rural areas. Please continue to give what you can!
Keep up to date with our Delhi experiences at Chiara's Daily Delhi and on the blog hosted by Learning and Teaching Scotland. Press coverage includes: http://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/news/editor-s-picks/teenagers-to-fly-the-flag-for-glasgow-2014-games-1.1059477

Phew!
That was an experience!
I've just run a 10k for the first time this Sunday 5/9/2010. Thanks for your support to date. Please keep the money coming in if you can, as it ALL goes to good causes. Online, I'm raising money for Jesuit Missions. Offline, I am raising cash for Delhi charities.
I am 17, in my sixth year at St Aloysius' College, a Jesuit school in Glasgow and will be off to the Commonwealth Games in Delhi in October, as one of Glasgow's young Interaction Ambassadors. Our aim is to foster a legacy of genuine benefit to the people of Delhi and Glasgow by partnership working and community action.
Although our work in Delhi is fully funded by the British Council, we wanted to raise additional funding to benefit Indian schools, charities and community support schemes.
In addition, I wanted to acknowledge my gratitude for a Jesuit education by running my first 10k on Sunday 5th September 2010, in support of the Jesuit Missions.
Anything you can give will help those less fortunate. Dig deep.
